Lake Louise Lake Association is a private Lake located in Franklin Township, Pennsylvania.
The Association is managed by a Board, voted on by members, who are property owners.
Members are goverened by legal covenants and by-laws.

Consists of 7 members who make policy and decide course of action. All business is brought before the board for a vote. If the situation warrants a consensus of the membership, a special meeting will be called for that purpose. (example: Changing the covenants).
